Shipping Charges

Any applicable free-shipping offer will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders across Pakistan.

You can pay the order amount in cash when your parcel is delivered to you.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information through SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication method.

You can use the tracking information to check the status of your shipment.

Delivery Delays

SYLENT is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address or Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and active contact number.

If incorrect information causes a delivery failure or return of the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Failed Delivery / Refused Orders

If a customer refuses to receive a confirmed Cash on Delivery order or repeatedly fails to receive the parcel, SYLENT reserves the right to restrict future COD orders from that customer.
